The carpets in the hallways were old and dirty, making the hotel feel unkempt. Our room initially smelled like cigarettes, and even after changing rooms, noise from nearby nightclubs disrupted our sleep, limiting rest to only a few hours. The breakfast quality was subpar, with items often running out and staff inattentive, leaving us frustrated during meals.

Had an amazing stay at Fivitel! The Beautiful King room with a river view was fine, especially at night. I can't thank Ms. Emmy enough for all her help. The infinity pool had amazing views that made relaxation a breeze. Definitely coming back!

Items weren't clearly labeled, and many ran out early, which led to a frustrating dining experience. While some staff members at breakfast were attentive, others seemed indifferent, which detracted from the overall experience. We also faced noise issues from nearby sources that made sleeping difficult at times. A better breakfast service and room soundproofing could greatly enhance future stays.

The large room was quite comfortable , and the view from the balcony overlooking the river and bridges was remarkable. I particularly enjoyed the city view during the evening as it added a vibrant atmosphere to the stay.

Had an awesome time with friends! The infinity pool was a great spot to chill and enjoy incredible views. We also loved checking out the Tuyen Son Sport Complex. Breakfast spread was good but could improve. Staff was friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable.
